Description

Sago vadam blended with ripe tomato pulp, red chilli and cumin, spread into thin discs and dried in the summer sun. It gets a natural orange-red colour from the tomato and a tangy, mildly spicy taste. Fry until puffed for a bright, crunchy side with sambar rice and variety rice.
