Description

Sun-dried manathakkali (black nightshade) berries, soaked in salted buttermilk and dried the traditional way. Fry a spoonful in sesame oil for the classic manathakkali vathal kuzhambu, or crisp them up and mix into hot rice with a little ghee. Cleaned and hand-picked to remove stalks.
