Description

Plump green chillies slit and soaked for days in salted buttermilk, then sun-dried until pale and wrinkled - the traditional mor milagai of Tamil kitchens. Fry a few in hot oil until dark and crisp for a tangy, spicy partner to curd rice, mor kuzhambu and kanji. Available in 100 g and 250 g packs.
