Description

Turkey berries (sundakkai) from local farms, soaked in salted curd and dried in the sun until wrinkled and firm. Fry them in a little oil until dark and crisp for a pleasantly bitter-salty side with curd rice, or add to vatha kuzhambu for its classic flavour. Stalk-free and hand-sorted.
