Quarterly exam results out; schools call parents for review meetings this Saturday

Government and private schools in Rasipuram have released quarterly examination results for Classes 6 to 12. Report cards are being handed over to parents in person at parent-teacher meetings this Saturday, from 9.30 am to 1 pm. At the Government Boys Higher Secondary School, teachers said Class 10 and Class 12 students showed a clear improvement in mathematics and science compared with last year. Students who scored below the pass mark will attend free remedial classes after school hours from next week. Head teachers have requested parents to bring the student diary, check attendance records and discuss a study plan for the half-yearly examinations due in December. Parents who cannot attend on Saturday may meet the class teacher on any working day between 3.45 pm and 4.30 pm.
