Property tax: special collection camps at ward offices every weekend until November 30

Rasipuram Municipality will hold special camps for property tax, water charges and professional tax payments at ward offices every Saturday and Sunday until November 30, from 9 am to 5 pm. The camps are meant for residents who cannot visit the municipal office on working days. Payments for the second half of the financial year can be made in cash, by debit or credit card, or through UPI, and receipts will be issued on the spot. Staff at the camps will also help residents correct names, update mobile numbers and apply for name transfer of assessments. Residents are advised to bring their previous tax receipt or assessment number. Those who pay on time avoid the penalty charged on overdue amounts.
