Local traders' expo with 60 stalls at the community hall this weekend

The town's traders' association will hold a two-day local traders' expo at the community hall on Saturday and Sunday, with 60 stalls from Rasipuram shops, home businesses and self-help groups. Visitors can browse handloom silk and cotton, stainless steel cookware, home-made snacks and pickles, millet products, small kitchen appliances and children's books, many with festive discounts available only at the expo. A special section has been set aside for women-led home businesses, who will get their stalls free of charge. Shops listed on the Hey Rasipuram app will also show their online catalogues and help visitors place pickup orders. The expo is open from 10 am to 9 pm on both days. Entry is free, and parking is available on the school ground opposite the hall.
