| Diabetes Check-up A focused review for people living with diabetes or with a family history of it: fasting blood sugar and HbA1c tests, blood pressure and weight check, and a consultation with the doctor to go over the results, with a simple diet chart to take home. | BP & Sugar Screening Quick screening at the clinic: blood pressure measured on a calibrated digital monitor and a random blood sugar test by finger prick, with the readings noted on a card you can keep.
